Wow, so much has gone on since I last posted. The holidays were great, spent with family and close friends. Work is finally a 40 hour job, and I couldn't be happier about it. Last year was tough, but I am looking forward to this year being easier.
I am finally back to creating. Not a lot, but some cards here and there. I am working on a custom baby book for my best friend. This will be the 7th I have made, I think. Not easy, but so worth it. The first photos are a few bellas I made for three friends that I am taking a cooking class with. I wanted to send them a reminder, Bella style of course, because we booked and paid for the class so long ago. The paper is random from my stash, using my CTMH and Crayola markers to color Chefabella. Used Bella Doughnuts as well.
The last picture is a congratulations card I made for a friend that is getting married tomorrow. I used CMTH markers, Spica Pens and my Stardust pen that my bella sister Lori got me last year. I used some random Basic grey paper pieces I had. The flowers are all kinds and I used Flowersoft in the middle of the biggest one. I had never really used it before, but I think I like it. I used my Stardust pen and Diamond Stickles on the flower edges, ribs and middles to add bling. Oh, and Bella Doughnuts! Sposabella was the only choice for me on this one. She loved the card today.
It feels so good to post again!

Lori Scott is Awesome!

A Bag of Halloween Candy, Stamped Images, a personalized Handstamped by Leah Stamp! Stardust Pens, Felt Flowers, a stunning 6 x 6 paperpack and an awesome Stella Card! Oh, and two Christmas charms too! Whew. I can't wait to play. I have been in the coloring mood lately, so I am chomping at the bit to color my new images.
I am going out of town this weekend with a friend and am busy getting ready for the trip. Colored and created some cards the other night. They will be posted after I get back in town.
I will be ordering from www.stampingbella.com because she has FREE SHIPPING untill Nov. 4th! She recently released new stamps and I can't wait to get my hands on them.
Have a safe and Happy Halloween everyone!!!

My Bella Sister Spoils me so!

My Bella Sister Lori spoiled me with my last package! I received 4 Bella Stamps. (Sweetybellas, Jammybella, Spabella and the "take time for yourself" stamp) 4 coils of ribbon, 3 halloween and one floral. 3 tubes of Liquid Applique (green, red and orange!), Lots of stamped images and a pack of twizzlers. I have gotten to play with all of it and I love it! Not to mention the awesom card she made for me from the stamps I bought her (Penny Black). Previously, I received a package from Hanna Stamps with the I Want It set, some charms and a Ballerina Riley! Before that I received Daisy Bella. She spoils me so.
So I joined the Blogging Craze. Not much for a Bandwagoner, but I want to showcase my artwork like everyone else does. I am a self-professed workaholic, but I am trying to reform myself. Maybe this will help me! I definitely won't be a daily poster. I hope this inspires me to create more, too!
I have so much scrapping to catch up on, but I am putting it off. Mostly because it seems so daunting. I really only make cards and such lately. I have a whole list of things I want to make for Christmas presents, trying to get them started early. I just received a request to make a Custom Baby Book. I have made a lot of them, but this will be the first I actually sell. I am quite excited about it!
Well, I hope I can keep everyone entertained. I do so love to read everyone else's blogs, so I hope mine will be as enjoyable. If I can manage to stick with it...

Thanks for stopping by!
